Our mission is not only to construct sturdy, beautiful, and functional homes but to build long-lasting and trustworthy relationships. Most of our projects come from word-of-mouth recommendations, so it’s important that we do our best. We also believe in only working with top quality materials and sub-contractors in order to provide a truly excellent final product. 

We want you to feel comfortable building your home with Gracella.  So rather than simply taking our word, we stand behind each home we build with a one-year warranty.  In addition to this warranty, most major appliances within the home come with an extended warranty that transfers to the homeowner.

This should allow you to sleep at night knowing that your investment will last as long as the memories you will make in your Gracella home.
